Tulsa native, Mike Fritts, came to Paragon because he was attracted to it’s culture, mission and core values. He believes in servant leadership, building others and helping humanity. With 19 years of experience, Mike is known for his strong leadership, striving to do his best and putting others first. He sees accounting as a customer service function, something that is for both internal and external clients. His passion is to touch lives in a positive way and make processes more efficient for others.
Outside of work, Mike, his wife and their two girls love to travel and spend time together. Whether it’s a family trip to Disneyland or playing games together, Mike’s passion outside of work is his family.
When asked how he wanted to be remembered, he replied with this poem by Bessie Stanley:
He has achieved success who has lived well, laughed often and loved much;
who has enjoyed the trust of pure women,
the respect of intelligent men and the love of little children;
who has filled his niche and accomplished his task;
who has left the world better than he found it
whether by an improved poppy, a perfect poem or a rescued soul;
who has never lacked appreciation of Earth’s beauty or failed to express it;
who has always looked for the best in others and given them the best he had;
whose life was an inspiration;
whose memory a benediction.
