Nashville, Tennessee – Paragon Films, Inc., announced that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Malpack Ltd. and Malpack USA, Inc. in the U.S. Federal District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville Division.
The lawsuit seeks a ruling that Malpack’s products directly infringe upon US Patent No. 8,221,298, issued on July 17, 2012. The lawsuit seeks to recover damages as well as an order to permanently bar Malpack from continued acts of infringement.
